I’m a mother of three. I started out married, overweight and very unhappy.
Once I was separated, I finally took the leap I needed to put myself first.
I knew a happy mom would be the best thing for my kids and started off doing keto.
I lost 50lbs within 6 months. I felt great, confident and sexy again!
Since then, I have maintained my weightless following keto off and on.
I have also tried the vegan lifestyle. I’m currently into a new phase of working out. Furthermore, I believe you have to find and do what’s right for you and your body.
One way doesn’t work for everyone.
I’m loving this new weight lifting journey along with clean eating to build up muscle while leaning out. I keep it real and I’m always available to help with tips and advice!
